If you have a project in mind, the first step is to get in touch and tell us about your requirements. Once we’ve reviewed your project details, we’ll proceed through the following steps:
- Schedule a virtual call to discuss in more detail
- We’ll then send over a project plan, cost estimate, and client service agreement
- If you choose to proceed, we’ll need the signed agreement along with payment of 50% of the estimate
- Once received, we’ll get to work according to the project schedule
Once the project kicks off, your assigned project manager will work with you on collecting any deliverables required from you such as website copy, digital assets, brand guidelines, etc. We require that clients respond to emails within 24 hours to keep the project on track.
Once we’ve received the required deliverables from you, our team will get to work on completing the tasks outlined in the project plan. Your assigned project manager will provide weekly project updates and time logs so that you have full transparency into your project. Throughout the duration of the project, your project manager will serve as your point of contact for any questions or change requests. There will also be multiple review sessions scheduled where you will have the opportunity to review the work completed thus far so that you can provide feedback and track the progress of the project deliverables.
