How to setup Hubspot’s FREE Booking Calendar

Other companies charge money for this service, but luckily for us, Hubspot offers this free of charge! You can even integrate it with Zoom and Google Calendar to automatically generate Zoom meeting details and email them in a confirmation email.
Instructions
Step 1 – Signup for a free Hubspot account

Step 2 – Create scheduling page
In the navigation menu, go to Sales > Meetings and click “Create Scheduling Page” button
Step 3 – Select options
Select your preferred settings and review the confirmation email. Under the “Automation” tab, you may want to enable integration with Zoom if you want to autogenerate meeting details.
Step 4 – Share link or embed into your website
Click the “Actions” dropdown button, then click “Copy link” for the Hubspot page URL or select “Embed” to copy the embed code for your website.
