Once you’ve successfully purchased a blog content subscription, we’ll email you a service agreement for you to sign and return. Once received, we’ll schedule a virtual meeting with you over Zoom to discuss content strategy. From there, we’ll get to work on producing your new blog posts based on the strategy.

Our blended hourly rate for blog content writing services is $28 CAD per hour. Stock images are charged at $5 CAD per image.

In this virtual meeting, we’ll discuss things like your target audience, selected content pillars and theme topics. We’ll also use this meeting as an opportunity to collect ideas for new blog posts.

Yes, absolutely! We’ll revise the content until you’re completely happy. Any hours spent beyond the allotted hours of your subscription will be charged as an additional fee. But don’t worry, we’ll always confirm with you before any additional work is done.

You can cancel a subscription up until the day before the next scheduled payment. Also, note that you must pay for the services you’ve received even if you cancel your subscription.

You can find the original PayPal transaction receipt email that was sent to you when you made the subscription payment, then cancel the subscription from there. If you have a Paypal account, you can also cancel directly from your account. Lastly, you can submit a request using our contact form and request cancellation.

If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your package, you’ll first need to cancel your current subscription, then subscribe to the new package.
